Hopcount provides blockchain analysis and documentation only. We are not a law firm and not a fund recovery service. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Funds routed through mixers or privacy chains such as Monero cannot be traced by us or by anyone else. No outcome from any platform, court or police force is promised or implied. Hopcount 僅提供區塊鏈分析與文件製作服務。我們不是律師事務所，亦非資金追回服務。區塊鏈交易無法撤銷。經由混幣器或如 Monero 等隱私鏈轉移的資金，我們與任何人都無法追蹤。對任何平台、法院或警方的處理結果不作承諾或暗示。

If any service — including anyone claiming to be Hopcount — guarantees the return of your funds, that guarantee cannot be honoured by anyone. 若有任何服務——包括自稱是 Hopcount 的人——保證能追回您的資金，那樣的保證任何人都無法兌現。

What we deliver我們交付的內容

A transaction flow map — every hop from the client's address to the last address we can attribute, with amounts and timestamps.資金流向圖——從客戶地址到我們能歸屬的最後一個地址的每一跳，附金額與時間戳。
An address ledger — a spreadsheet any third party can verify independently on a public block explorer.地址清冊——任何第三方均可在公開區塊瀏覽器上獨立查核的表格。

What we do not do我們不做的事

We do not recover, freeze, unlock or return funds, and we cannot instruct any platform to do so.我們不追回、不凍結、不解鎖、不返還資金，亦無法指示任何平台這麼做。
We do not provide legal advice or act as your legal representative. We are not a law firm.我們不提供法律意見，也不擔任您的法律代表。我們不是律師事務所。
We do not guarantee any outcome from a platform, a police force or a court.我們不保證平台、警方或法院的任何處理結果。
We do not take custody of client assets at any time.我們在任何時候都不保管客戶資產。
We do not accept payment in cryptocurrency.我們不接受以加密貨幣付款。
We never request a recovery phrase, private key, password, wallet connection or remote access to a device.我們絕不索取助記詞、私鑰、密碼、錢包連線授權或裝置遠端存取權。

The limits of a blockchain investigation區塊鏈調查的界限

These limits are technical, not commercial. No provider can exceed them, whatever they charge. 這些界限是技術性的，而非商業性的。無論收費多少，沒有任何服務商能夠突破。

Once funds enter a mixer or coinjoin, the link between input and output is broken.資金一旦進入混幣器或 CoinJoin，輸入與輸出之間的連結即被切斷。

The legal identity behind an address can only be obtained by the platform holding the account, or by a court.地址背後的法律身分，僅持有該帳戶的平台或法院可取得。
Anything that happened off-chain — a bank transfer, cash, a gift card — is outside a blockchain investigation.任何在鏈下發生的事——銀行轉帳、現金、禮品卡——均不在區塊鏈調查範圍內。

Assessment, fees and refunds評估、費用與退款

The initial assessment is free. We tell you whether the case is traceable before any cost is discussed.初步評估免費。在談及任何費用之前，我們會先告訴您案件是否可追查。
Any fee is quoted in writing and agreed before work begins. We do not add fees during a case.任何費用均於工作開始前以書面報價並取得同意。案件進行中我們不會追加費用。
We do not work on a percentage of anything recovered.我們不採取按追回金額抽成的方式收費。
Payment is by card or bank transfer against an invoice issued in our registered name.以信用卡或銀行轉帳付款，並開立載明我方登記名稱的發票。
If we accept a case and cannot produce a flow map, the fee is returned in full.若我們受理案件後無法製作流向圖，費用將全額退還。

We will never contact you to say your funds have been "located and frozen" pending a release payment. That sentence is the clearest indicator of a recovery scam. If you receive it from someone claiming to be us, it is not us. 我們絕不會聯繫您，聲稱您的資金「已找到並凍結」，只差一筆解凍費。這句話是追回詐騙最明確的特徵。若您收到自稱是我們的人如此表示，那不是我們。

Acting on your behalf代表您行事

Where a trace identifies a platform holding the funds, and where you sign a written authorisation, we may correspond with that platform's compliance channel in your name. You receive a copy of everything sent, and you may withdraw the authorisation at any time. 當追蹤查出持有資金的平台，且您已簽署書面授權，我們可以您的名義與該平台的合規管道往來聯繫。所有送出的內容您都會收到副本，並可隨時撤回授權。

This does not make us your legal representative and does not compel any platform to act. Platforms respond to their own risk procedures and to formal requests from law enforcement, which is why we ask every client to file a police report in parallel. 這不代表我們成為您的法律代表，也無法強制任何平台採取行動。平台依其自身風險程序以及執法機關的正式請求行事，這正是我們要求每位客戶同時報警的原因。
