What we collect我們收集哪些資料

• Contact details you give us: name and surname, phone number, email address, messaging handle, and the country you live in.您提供的聯絡資料：姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址、通訊軟體帳號，以及您居住的國家／地區。
• What you tell us about the incident: your written account of what happened, dates, amounts, and the platforms or people involved. This may include details you find distressing to write down.您向我們敘述的事件內容：您對經過的書面說明、日期、金額，以及涉及的平台或人員。其中可能包含對您而言難以書寫的細節。
• Blockchain data: wallet addresses and transaction identifiers. These are already public on the blockchain; what is private is the fact that they are connected to you.區塊鏈資料：錢包地址與交易識別碼。這些資料在區塊鏈上本就公開；屬於隱私的是它們與您之間的關聯。
• Documents you send us: screenshots, exchange statements, police report references, identity documents where a platform requires them.您寄送的文件：截圖、交易所對帳單、報案編號，以及平台要求時的身分證明文件。

Why we use it, and on what legal basis我們為何使用這些資料，以及法律依據

• To review your case and reply to you. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.為評估您的案件並回覆您。依據：您的請求，以及我們回應諮詢的正當利益。
• To carry out a trace and produce a report, if you engage us. Basis: performance of our contract with you.在您委任我們後，執行追蹤並製作報告。依據：履行與您之間的契約。
• To correspond with a platform on your behalf, where you have authorised it in writing. Basis: your specific written authorisation, which you may withdraw at any time.在您書面授權的範圍內，代您與平台聯繫。依據：您的特定書面授權，且您可隨時撤回。

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train anything. We do not send you marketing about unrelated products.我們不出售您的個人資料。我們不將其用於訓練任何系統。我們也不會向您推銷無關的產品。

Who else sees it還有誰會看到這些資料

• A platform's compliance desk, if you sign an authorisation asking us to write to them. What we send is set out in that authorisation and you receive a copy of everything.平台的合規部門——前提是您已簽署授權書，要求我們代為致函。我們送出的內容載明於該授權書中，且您會收到全部副本。
• Law enforcement, where you ask us to provide the report to them, or where we are legally required to disclose.執法機關——當您要求我們向其提供報告，或我們依法有揭露義務時。

• Service providers who run our systems: website hosting, form handling, email, and blockchain analysis tools. They act on our instructions only. Where it goes, and how long we keep it資料的所在地與保存期限

Our providers may store data outside your country. Where personal data leaves the EU or UK we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.我們的服務供應商可能將資料儲存於您所在國家／地區之外。當個人資料離開歐盟或英國時，我們依循標準契約條款或同等保障機制。

Your rights您的權利

Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to do all of the following, free of charge. Write to the privacy contact above and we reply within 30 days.無論您身在哪個國家／地區，都可以免費要求我們執行以下事項。請寄信至上方的隱私聯絡窗口，我們會在 30 日內回覆。

• Give you a copy of everything we hold about you提供我們持有的關於您的所有資料副本

Cookies and advertising measurementCookie 與廣告成效衡量

The site works without cookies. If you agree through the cookie notice, we use the Meta pixel to learn which advertisements led to an enquiry. It tells Meta that a form was submitted; it does not send Meta what you wrote about your case.本網站在沒有 Cookie 的情況下仍可運作。若您透過 Cookie 通知表示同意，我們會使用 Meta 像素，以了解哪些廣告帶來了諮詢。它只會告知 Meta 有表單被送出，不會將您所敘述的案件內容傳送給 Meta。

You can decline, or withdraw agreement later, without any effect on the service you receive.您可以拒絕，或稍後撤回同意，這不會對您所獲得的服務造成任何影響。

Security, and being realistic about it資訊安全，以及對它的務實態度

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and keep case files only where they are needed. No system is perfect, so we also limit what we collect in the first place — that is the strongest protection there is. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant regulator without delay.我們使用加密連線與存取控管，並僅在必要處保存案件檔案。沒有任何系統是完美的，因此我們也從一開始就限制收集的資料量——那才是最強的保護。若發生影響您的資料外洩事件，我們會立即通知您與相關監管機關。

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to the privacy contact and we will delete the record.我們的服務僅供成年人使用。我們不會在知情的情況下收集未滿 18 歲者的資料。若您認為有未成年人聯繫過我們，請寄信至隱私聯絡窗口，我們會刪除該紀錄。
