What “recovery” actually means「追回」的真正含意

There is no button that reverses a blockchain transaction. Not for you, not for an exchange, not for the police, not for a court. Once the transfer is confirmed, it is permanent. We sell this, so here is the honest version. A tracing report is worth paying for when it changes what someone else can do — a police unit, an exchange compliance desk, a lawyer.
